Can anyone give light to KKR Infra and their strategy. Do they have an opportunistic/value-add side or just core. Understand it’s a pretty broad mandate so would love some more clarity on the team.

They do a lot of opportunistic / value add investing but core is also a big focus area. Will do take privates, carveouts, structured deals, etc. They also have a climate fund and funds focused on Europe / Asia. Three primary categories are energy transition (did that recent AEP transmission minority deal I think out of their core fund), industrial and transportation (Refresco is a beverage contract manufacturer), and digital infrastructure (CyrusOne was huge take private on the data center side).
