KKR PE TMT and Industrials

Hey all, Was curious if someone with experience interviewing / working with KKR's industrials or TMT teams would be willing to take a few questions from me. I'm curious about the interview process, the investment process, associate responsibilities, and some other questions. Actually, even though teams are silo'd I'd still like to hear from anyone from KKR PE since I imagine the investment process and interview process are at least similar somewhat across silos.

Know of the people who recruited there before. Very standard PE interview, (ie think on cycle equivalent of BBIB SA process). Not nearly as technical as firms like APO / Centerbridge. Each team only hires 1-2 per year and some years don't hire people. Very much connection based (ie if your neighbor is a partner at KKR) and heavy emphasis on analysts who they had done deals with before. KKR is also very involved in SEO, and each team usually hires at least one via its deep SEO pipeline. Would leverage that if you have access.
