KKR/BX/Carlyle/Brookfield/APO Infra PE --> MBA --> HF
Hi everyone. I will be interning at one of the firms above this summer in Infra PE. While I am not entirely against infra PE and building a career in the space, I also want to pursue the more traditional path of getting a top MBA and joining a HF down the line. Should I recruit for full-time corporate PE roles at MFs?
Intern in IB-M&A, shame nobody has responded. Maybe one of these topics will help:

Hope that helps.
The best advice I can give to you is to just go talk to a few admissions consultants for some free advice. Good chance for you to get to know who you might want to engage (or decide you don't want a consultant) and they will have been closer to a lot more cases and thus will be more knowledgeable about what profiles actually place. Assuming they are good, that should be much higher quality advice than random opinions on a forum.
MBA adcoms don’t give a shit whether you work for a MF infra group or a MF buyout group I promise you.
what about MF Credit vehicles?
