Lacking inspo? Fed up with job

I'm in a privileged position with a job in PE, good salary and WLB, but feeling stuck at my current workplace as it's not very bad but not inspiring either. Performance not great, not much inspiration from seniors, really need some change but not getting much traction from places I'd be excited about due to lack of name branding on CV.

Any tips how to get inspo/turn things around?

Might be worth focusing on deal work you can point to rather than the firm name, smaller shops often punch above their weight on specific transactions. That's what gets you traction with the places you actually want.
