Lateral Associate Resume No Deals
Hey everyone, joined a new fund and don’t think the role is right for me (firm-specific reasons), and am looking to begin reaching out to recruiters to lateral.
any tips on how to best position a resume / “deal experience” when I haven’t closed a platform? Only did 1 add-on. A number of LOIs, but haven’t entered exclusivity with any.
