Know this may be slightly premature given I am trying to recruit for early 2024 at the earliest, but what are we thinking in terms of the title. Ik the market is dead and August is a nothing month, but do we think opps might open up starting September/October? And how do you project growth equity recruiting vs. traditional buyout playing out?
