LBO models

Does anyone have the macabacus models that used to be free to access. Additionally if you have any other high quality models especially if sector specific to share it would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking to build something for non target school kids who can't afford to take modeling classes like TTS, WSO, etc

Based on the most helpful WSO content, here are some free resources for LBO and other financial modeling that you can use to support your initiative:

  1. Macabacus Models:

  2. MultipleExpansion:

    • Easy LBO: A great starting point for beginners.
    • Training LBO: For more advanced practice.
    • DCF Model: Available for free.
  3. ASimpleModel:

    • Offers DCF and LBO models, which are beginner-friendly and free.
  4. WSO Free Modeling Series:

    • Includes 9 free financial modeling lessons covering LBO, DCF, M&A, Comps, and Excel modeling. These lessons are taught by experienced private equity professionals and bulge bracket investment bankers. Additionally, you get 27 financial modeling templates in a swipe file. This series is open through December 31, 2023.
  5. Other Sector-Specific Resources:

    • For software-focused LBO models, check out the Software LBO Models for Practice thread on WSO.

These resources should provide a solid foundation for non-target school students to learn and practice financial modeling without incurring significant costs.
