Learning about Deal Structures

Hey WSO,

Can you suggest resources for soon-to-be associates that would like to learn about deal structuring?

For context: I will soon be leaving my role as an industry team IB analyst and starting my MM PE associate program in two months. I have been reaching out to my network to see how I can hit the ground running come start date. A few folks have suggested that learning about deal structuring would be helpful, but did not have any specific resources in mind. Any specific or non specific suggestions are appreciated. Thanks!

Thank you. It looks like "Venture Deals: Be Smarter than Your Lawyer and Venture Capitalist" is his most popular. Maybe I will check that one out.
