Curious too. Think I saw on Glassdoor comp ~100-120 but don’t know if that is accurate. Everyone I’ve chatted with seems to really like it there.

I think it said total comp. I bet base is 90s to low 100s, especially with all the banks raising right now. I would imagine you may get some carry for deals you source but that wouldn’t amount to anything until exit right? So idk if you’d get an annual bonus just for your work/firm performance and if so what that is
