Like investing but working in toxic political culture now..

Hi guys:

I think I like investing, but I'm in a group that's known to be a bit toxic (throw people under the bus, passive aggressive, hiding information intra-group etc.) that's heading down hill due to lack of growth....

I'm finding it difficult to sustain myself and also worried about recruiting prospect in this environemtn - I would have to lateral. I think I still like investing but have been considering escaping as well....

What are your thoughts? Thanks!
