LMM Emerging Markets PE to Columbia MBA to London PE Shop

Hi guys,

Please do not be afraid to be extremely blunt with me.

I spent four-years in a Lower Middle Market Private Equity in Emerging Markets (I am originally from Brazil), then moved to a Long/short Hedge Fund for my pre-MBA and am now attending Columbia Business School. I have a dual nationality with Italy. My question is: Assuming I have all the necessary qualifications, how difficult would it be to transition to a junior associate role at a Growth Private Equity in London?

Additionally, if at all possible, how would you approach this transition strategically?

Thanks in advance.
