London Associate & VP Infrastructure Private Equity Compensation/Salary?
What is the normal compensation/salary range for an associate and VP working at a private equity that invests in infrastructure. One firm I'm looking at has AUM at 2B and the other has AUM at 10B. Would love some insight for both positions across the different PE sizes.
If I am lucky enough to get a job offer I don't want to accept a low pay out of ignorance (and I've been searching online but can't find a clear answer).
If you’re already in Europe, you may not be too surprised. But if you’re in America you will. Had a friend who was Senior Associate at a large infra fund, 100 base 50% bonus
Sounds about right, albeit on the lower end. I'd probably expect a slightly higher base at that level and possibly a small carry allocation (to compensate for the lower bonus %).
What would you expect a VP's comp to be then?
