Thoughts on the move? Seems like some shops can offer good WLB but at the cost of lower comp and being a bit pigeonholed.
Like very much the industry and would probably really enjoy it if I could find a shop with decent people / WLB (currently at sweatshop BB with very hierarchical structure which I don't enjoy at all).
