Hi guys, any ideas which ones are the best MM funds in terms of culture in London? Also good returns as well?

When you're asking about culture, are you asking about actual culture (i.e. WFH, juniors allowed and pushed to take the lead on workstreams, air time with seniors, how people treat each other) or are you asking about hours (which has little to do with culture).
