London vs Zurich opportunities

Has anyone hear worked or been offered a role in Zurich?

There are a lot of attractive things about moving there (salary, low tax, beautiful scenery), however the deciding factor for me will come down to career progression.

Is leaving London taking a huge gamble ?

For context - I am likely to receive offers from two infra PE funds-

1) London based with a predominantly U.K. remit (and some European)

2) Zurich based with predominantly European remit (and some global)

Thanks for your help
