Most big funds are hiring their associate class right now
It's interesting because even a few weeks ago I was chatting with another colleague that recruiter inbounds had definitely slowed vs. e.g. last summer when we were getting 2-3 a week.
For some reason, in the last 2-3 weeks though, I've been receiving the same level of inbounds as this summer? Feels like people at least want to start conversations more (luckily not of interest for me right now, but a datapoint).
