Long curly hair in PE for guys?

Hey, coming from banking, BA finance, CFA as a financial analyst. I really like my curly hair, it gives me a sense of individuality and I really wouldn't want to cut it for work. I work for a smaller bank so it's more acceptable and I grew it out over the year I worked here. Do you think there is any chance they're going to let me keep it and hire me with it in PE, if I get in through my network?anime hair

I interviewed with my current shop with similar hair. Got the job. Just come off as the strongest candidate and you'll get it. And if it's the type of place that cares enough to ding you for that, probably for the best you don't end up there.

But do your best to be as professional looking in every other aspect - white shirt, solid suit, good hygiene, polished shoes. You can have one quirk and get away it with, but more just comes off sloppy.
