Macquarie Group Equity & Capital Solutions

Does anybody have insights into this group within the Principal Finance strategy? From what I’ve read it seems to be more of a hybrid investing role, but would be curious to hear what industries are typically focused on (is it primarily infra?), types of deals, culture, and comp / WLB / progression potential at the associate level. Any information is greatly appreciated!
