Macquarie - MIRA - Culture / Comp Questions

I am currently in the middle of an interview process @ MIRA (Macquarie Infra & Real Assets) in London.

Does anyone have some solid intel on the culture (inc. w/l) & the salary / bonus.

I keep hearing conflicting accounts on WSO, some people saying it’s a sweatshop and others saying you finish most days by 7pm, some folks saying pay is market leading for infra funds, others saying it’s below street.

Question on titles, I've seen Macquarie is one of those banks that does not have comparable titles to Street. Is their Associate Director equivalent to Director in US banks? Then Division Director being MD? I noticed then they have Executive Director at the top, which seems to be like the Head Honcho/Group head, can someone confirm?

i.e. Macquarie Associate Director --> US Director

Macquarie Div Director --> US MD

Macquarie Exec Director --> US EMD/Group Head
