Making a bid

I am stumped on finalizing a bid for a company. I am new to the dynamics of PE and LBOs and this is merely for my own entertainment purpose. Anyone out there willing to let me bounce some valuation questions of them regarding making a bid on a company based on previous financials and projections?

Any help would be great, as I think pm would be easier so that I do not get hated on for being a rooking at PE and wanting to learn form someone who does it everyday. I am not going into PE and do not like in a world where one day I think I will. I just love modeling and want to figure this out.
