Can anyone here give any insights as to what MM/MF firms look for in recruiting MBA summer interns? Do they look at ugrad GPA at all or is it not relevant given you're a couple years out of ugrad? How much do they factor your work in the MBA program and what kind of things in the program can you do to bolster your resume? Aside from prior PE experience generally, what specifically do they look for in work experience?
