Not as much as not liking it - more of not sure if I like it enough to stay longer term

 

You should easily be able to get into IB. You would highly stand out with the MF name on your resume, doesn’t matter if it’s PE or PC in this case. Full time PE will be harder because there are wayyy fewer spots, but it’s not impossible. Wouldn’t expect to get MF PE because almost every spot will be filled from their SA classes (but I’ve seen it happen before so never say never), but there are many other excellent PE firms you would have a shot at.
