Mid-Tier BB PE Exit Opportunities
I'm looking for any advice regarding PE recruiting from a strong group at a BAML/Barclays/Citi. I've heard that these groups get UMM/MF PE looks, but looking for more insight on what that actually means. Do HHs treat you the same as the GS/MS/JPM analysts?
What are the factors that go into securing interviews and converting offers at the top PE firms? Coming from a semi-target and headed to a mid-tier BB, how much of a uphill climb will I have to take?
You should use the search, there’s a lot of threads related to this. Here’s one
