Generally solid...I was surprised by how poorly they handled BH Cosmetics though. There's definitely a lot more they could have done to preserve LP capital and some of the hiring choices made 0 sense. Bringing in a bunch of boomers with retail exp only to run a cosmetics brand that needed to be digital first is not a good idea.
