MM PE (Firms and Headhunters)

Hi everyone,

I have 5+ years experience at an upper middle market PE firm and am now looking to transition to a MM PE firm with an eventual path to partner. Does anyone know of any useful databases or other resources that have a list of all of the MM PE firms out there and perhaps the headhunters that focus in the middle market space?

Thank you

Depends. How do you define UMM and MM? Whats the recent fund size ranges

Unrelated to your original Q, but curious - do $5b+ funds look down on $1-$3bn funds? Looking to lateral as a 1Y VP to a larger fund (currently at $1B fund II)

I'm based in NY (preferred), but willing to look in FL and CA too

I spent most of my time in industrials (manufacturing, services, distribution), healthcare, consumer
