My impression is that street is around $275k (maybe higher with coinvest/phantom carry, lower if all cash) for upper middle market PE (berkshire, new mountain, GTCR type funds), and closer to $250k for MM PE in the $1b+ range (with outliers on both ends). is that in line or does that seem high/low?
