Anyone have any new info on Monomoy? All the threads are pretty stale. Looks like the firm has been growing. Last fundraise closed at $1.1b for their buyout fund. Understand sector focus / investment strategy (industrials, value, turnaround, etc). Any datapoints on comp and culture / hours helpful for Associates. Also any detail on the Analyst program - one of the few shops out there that hire out of undergrad.
Fwiw, the team there are some of the nicest people I have ever spoken to during their recruiting process. Can’t talk too in depth about culture beyond that but encourage you to speak to people at the firm and see for yourself.
