Post VP ... Our group has a clown VP that will only get promoted if he brings in revenue. Honestly, making VP in PE is not that hard. From what I've seen and heard, this is your time to bring in clients and convince them to sell their sole.
Sell their sole? I find that very difficult to do. Most people enjoy using the vital part of the shoe and is often 90% of the TSC (total shoe comfort)
I mean you could try and persuade people in Florida or Mexico, where the weather permits no-soles, but no dice on the east coast or any city with cold weather for that matter.
