No relevant transactions experience. Am I screwed for PE recruitment?
As the title says I have been working at a T3 MM investment bank (cantor stifel wedbush) and unfortunately I mainly only have spacs, co-manager closed deals and a 1 buyside M&A closed deal. Is my 1 buyside transaction enough to be competitive for LMM PE ?
In the past few years of high interest rates and 0 deals? One buyside transaction is enough.
However, you better know that deal inside out because that's what you're going to be asked about
