Interned at a buyside shop and did not get a return offer, I ended up going to a smaller buyside shop FT but will look to do on cycle. In my FT recruiting process, I was absolutely grilled on why no return offer, will this severely hinder me in associate recruiting and effectively limit my chances heavily? Should I take it off my resume and only mention if someone asks where I interned my junior summer? Thanks
