Curious about Novacap's compensation in Montreal.
Have seen on here that a 2dn year associate made about 293k all-in in 2022 and was wondering if that info was accurate, given the fact that many people are saying that their compensation is very low, yet this seems to be a pretty good all-in comp.
Can anyone from Novacap confirm if that comp is accurate?
