Seems like these types of healthcare providers are in for a great ride.. I'm looking to get your thoughts and industry views on them. I've heard mixed reviews regarding adult day cares as there is usually a funding gap that is looked to be filled by government grants.. etc.

CMS just cut SNF reimbursement by 11.1%, weak operating margins and lowered reimbursement...id be cautious..probably some ROI in the distressed space buying at or below book
From where I stand (Europe), highly dependent on reimbursement dynamics... Used to have a nice Real Estate aspect in the deals, but increasingly assets have already been sold and leased back.
