Oaktree - Product Group?
Looking for more color on the product group at Oaktree. From what I have heard, It's more of a client relations/IR role. Curious what day to day for this role looks like, pros/cons, general info on how to break in and be successful in this type of role. Don't have typical IB/PE background, but still want to pursue this space. I know given background deal team wouldn't make sense, but believe there are still great roles out there in PC/PE outside of deal team and can still be involved in this space. Any color on this is greatly appreciated.
