Bump, does anyone have an idea on what's the timeline and process like for it?
Places like Oaktree don't use third party hiring teams, like dartmouth or wiser. They have very small hiring/HR teams, so rely on their relationships with organisations such as SEO to filter candidates and recommend forward. However, if they're not receiving quality candidates through these 'exclusive openings', they'll open apps to everyone. It will only be a short period before they close because they usually set a max no. of apps. It's likely they'll repost again if they haven't filled spots, best of luck
