You’re the man, how about AS-1 and VP-1 for a $1bn fund?
Only have AS1 data points, but the avg $500-$1bn TC is ~$265k, with $1bn-$4bn at ~$300k.
Also note that across almost every fund size the TC was split roughly 50/50 between base and bonus.
I'm looking for Associate at sub 500M!
Same but also if you have senior aso and vp 1 for the same fund size range
AS1 at under $500 is ~$240k with ~50/50 base/bonus
I'd be interested in MM and LMM Analyst salaries if the report has them! Roughly around 500m-1b most recent fund size!
AS1 @ $500-$1bn median was ~$265k with about $140 base
