Offer in REPE but not really convinced RE is my route
I have an offer from a top MF but I am not really sold on Real Estate.
Don't get me wrong, I like it enough to work for a couple of years in RE, but I am afraid I'll be in a pigeon hole and if I want to leave there is no way out.
Anyone who started in RE and then switched to classic PE / distressed investing / public markets (HF)?
