Anyone have personal experiences working with or at this fund? Seeing a few posts with limited comments.

Any sense on the next fundraise/ type of associate work / general perception?

Perhaps a broader question but does it make sense to take a first round interview at a place you’re not entirely sold on?

Couple ways to look at it.

1) If you get the offer, it’s good practice or can potentially leverage it for other interviews

2) If you perform poorly, the headhunter will be less inclined to get you involved in other processes

Personally, I wouldn’t recommend interviewing unless you see a possibility of accepting or if there are no other funds from that HH which you’re interested in
