One Rock
Anyone have personal experiences working with or at this fund? Seeing a few posts with limited comments.
Any sense on the next fundraise/ type of associate work / general perception?
Perhaps a broader question but does it make sense to take a first round interview at a place you’re not entirely sold on?
Couple ways to look at it.
1) If you get the offer, it’s good practice or can potentially leverage it for other interviews
2) If you perform poorly, the headhunter will be less inclined to get you involved in other processes
Personally, I wouldn’t recommend interviewing unless you see a possibility of accepting or if there are no other funds from that HH which you’re interested in
Bump. Anyone else have insight into this place?
Sweaty due to nature of deals
Makes sense - any insight into culture? I know they're 5days/wk in office and wear ties M-Th. Trying to gauge if it's sweaty but with good culture, or if it's more along the lines of an Apollo/HIG.

Any other insight into this firm?
