One Rock Capital / Analyst program?

I'm a senior at a target / incoming at a BB in NY. Recently have been thinking about maybe going another direction, and saw on our school's handshake that One Rock is still recruiting for 2025 FT analysts. I know there are some past threads, but does anyone have color on culture/experience, comp, etc.? Much appreciated

Can’t speak to the analyst program in particular (people I know there are mid-to-sr level), but I understand it’s relatively new (three or four classes?) and does have formal training. Culture is supposed to be good, but it is a value shop where you work hard - can either be a good thing or bad thing depending on the experience you’re after. Don’t have exact numbers but comp is supposed to be good too, i.e., top of market for MM funds.
