Opco-Propco effect on 3 statements
HI All,
Wondering on the Opco/Propco effect on the company's three statements. Let's say we have a retailer who also operates the stores. A PE wants to acquire it and decides it wants to shift these assets to a newly created propco - what's going to be the effect on opco's three statement?
