Participating preferred & Pari Passu
Hi guys,
If on a cap table you have at series F an investor holding participating preferred and that in subsequent rounds the new investors have non-participating preferred BUT pari passu with Series F, isn't that that similar to having a participating liquidation preference for all the rounds after Series F?
