Patient Square in 2025?

Given the recent chatter around Premier and the frequency of recent investments as well as the ~$3.1bn fund II and departure of Alex Albert, interested in thoughts around the fund and its future. Seems to have phenomenal talent / experience throughout but context is helpful.

Worked across from them. Everyone seemed pretty bright and friendly. 

 

They just did an Rx on one of their largest investments, looks like it’s turning the corner, but LMEs only work like 2% of the time

 

Summit Behavioral Health, not super aggressive txn, but they ended up putting $150mm more debt on the company so we’ll see how it goes. They had PJT and K&E in there so…we’ve seen how these usually turn out
