Have recently started an analyst stint at a reputable mid sized direct lender and was wondering what kind of path I could take to vc/ge. I am hoping that a pivot to a pe consulting practice would be possible from my current seat working mainly on sponsor transactions then leverage that experience to a growth or venture shop. Any comments on the path or another one that seems realistic?
