Im an analyst at a >$10bn credit Fund and am looking to move to PE. Should I just reach out to headhunters? Not sure the approach since in already on the buyside (not part of an IB class that feeds into PE).
Should I try to do 2023 on cycle recruiting? When Is this (eg: January or like next summer)? Can I wait until my second year?
