PE Analyst program EU
Can we make a list of PE firms that have an analyst program or recruit directly as an analyst in Europe (I imagine most of them are in London)?

From what I know, you have: KKR, Silver Lake, Partners Group (Partners Group would be in Zug I presume)
Also CD&R
Blackstone too, and I think that is pretty much it for buyout programs. Some funds convert interns on a adhoc basis too, but hard to count on that
A few on top of my head: BX, Silver Lake, 3i, KKR, Terra Firm, Tikehau, Neuberger Berman, Partners Group, Ardian, StepStone, Glendower, Hamilton Lane
On the credit side Bain Cap and PIMCO alts
Also BX Credit since last year.
Is BCC good?
if you have to ask this question you're better off going into IB with the majority of your cohort
Have heard about PIMCO with their alternatives/ special sits after a few threads here on WSO. Most focus seems to have been on US offices. What are they like in Europe?
Also what would compensation look like at credit vs equity funds for Analysts/ Associates in Europe/ London? Is there a big variation?
TerraFirma has a program. Curious on what Partners Group pay is for their investment analysts? And the other PE Analyst programs? All I know is BX is 80k and KKR is 65k.
PG is known to pay below street
PG pays 115 all in (in Europe/Zug). Not sure what bonus targets for BX and KKR are, but if 100%, quite a big difference
Is this below street for PE at the analyst level for firms with >100B AUM? Entering one myself for an off-cycle next month, but have no idea what to expect for compensation full-time. So my question is, what would you define is current market comp for large cap funds for analysts in gbp? Also base if you can. Thanks!
PG isn't famous for their buyout fund - think AUM / head count is also like three times their competitor and fund performance haven't been the best since they are always known to buy overpriced assets
