If I join a fund in august as an associate from MBB, when does my bonus get paid out? In addition, is there typically a salary/bonus increase between Asc 1 and Asc 2? Thank you!

Different shop pay bonuses at different times. Some pay in the summer, others in december, some at the end of Q1. As far as pay bumps go, there usually is a bump however it depends on the firm, some firms typically keep you at the same base and increase the bonus, sometimes both are increased. It all varies.
