Hi everyone,
I've recently received an offer during the 2023 on-cycle process and am planning to ask my firm about the possibility of an early start in January 2023 instead of the usual August 2023 start. How flexible are PE firms with start dates? Any pros / cons?
For more context, I would also have 2 years of IB under my belt since I also started my IB analyst stint early in January 2021.
