Seen many offers with targets of all-in between 350-400 for MF and 300-350 for MM for ASO1. How does that scale up through the ASO years though?
Say ASO1 is 300, can you assume ASO2 to be 350, a 15-20% increase? Or ASO1 350 going into 400 for ASO2, closer to 15%?
How does it scale up to ASO3 or Senior Aso? When do firms usually hit 500?
