PE Firms that use mental tests to recruit full-time?
I'm looking to recruit for PE full-time (an undergrad currently) and was wondering if there were any firms that hired out of undergrad that used tests as Vista Equity Partners, in particular, does. I'm a bit late to the junior internship recruitment cycle so am looking for full-time opportunities. Vista Equity, to my knowledge, gives out what is essentially an IQ test to candidates and it seems somewhat fair. I was wondering if there were any other firms that does this full time. Thanks!
