PE Interview Prep: CDD Background

Hey everyone,

Currently at a T2 consulting firm with a strong CDD practice. Recently received a first-round interview with a PE firm. I was not actively recruiting and the opportunity caught me a bit off guard, so I'm starting with little to no interview prep.

Want to use the short time that I have as effectively as I can, especially coming from a consulting background vs. IB. Would greatly appreciate any advice on what to prioritize (technicals, modeling, investment cases, etc.)

Thank you!
