PE OCR Class of 2027: How has it been?
Incoming FT in IB this summer, looking to recruit for PE on cycle. I'm sure this has been asked countless times already but I couldn't find a cohesive thread on it. What has the process looked like this year? Has on cycle kicked off already, is it happening at all, or is it not a thing anymore? How has the recommended approach changed now that things are slightly different, whether it's only bc of delayed timelines or less on cycle/more off cycle altogether?
